Staff at PE Plus+

PPA coaches are recruited based on their existing knowledge, experience and ability to enhance a school's PE and school sport provision. The Initial Training Programme (ITP) is led ‘in-house' by a qualified PE teacher and ensures that individuals are fully prepared to plan and deliver effective physical education lessons, manage behaviour appropriately and assess, record and report on each child they teach.

Our Community Coaches hold a number of recognised NGB qualifications, First Aid, Child Protection and are enhanced CRB checked.  They possess the skills to enthuse and inspire youngsters and have an understanding of school requirements and the working environment.
